Cancellation Policies

Go First Class Charter and Transportation

At Go First Class Charter, we understand that plans can change. Because we provide private, customized transportation and tours, each reservation is carefully scheduled in advance. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.

Standard Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled service will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of your scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. Depending on the circumstance we allow credit for future use.

Same-Day Bookings

If your reservation was made on the same day as the service, it is non-refundable once confirmed.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive or are unreachable at the time of your scheduled pickup, it will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.

Wait Time & Extra Stop Fees

Your time is important, and so is our schedule. We include a complimentary 15-minute grace period for all pickups. After that, a wait time fee may apply based on the vehicle type and hourly rate.

If your ride includes unscheduled or additional stops, an extra stop fee will be added to cover the time and mileage involved. To ensure smooth service, we recommend letting us know about any planned stops in advance so we can accommodate your request with ease.

Flight Delays

We monitor flight arrivals for airport pickups. If your flight is delayed, we’ll adjust accordingly at no extra cost. However, if your flight is canceled and you do not notify us in time, standard cancellation terms apply.

Weather & Safety

We operate rain or shine. In rare cases of severe weather or road closures that prevent safe travel, we will offer the option to reschedule or issue a full refund.

Cleaning & Damage Fees

To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests, a cleaning fee will be charged in the event of spills involving alcohol, bodily fluids, or any incidents requiring specialized or deep cleaning beyond our standard procedures.

Fees vary based on the extent of the damage and the time required to restore the vehicle. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our fleet in top condition.
