Welcome to Go First Class Charter. By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A confirmation email or text will be sent once your reservation is successfully placed.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion (with a full refund if prepaid).
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements are made in advance.
- We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.
- Gratuities are not included unless otherwise specified and are always appreciated. All parties over 5 people — an auto gratuity of 20% is added.
3. Cancellation Policy
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for complete information on cancellations, refunds, and no-shows.
4. Passenger Conduct
- Go First Class Charter reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe.
- No smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is allowed in any vehicle.
- All passengers must comply with driver instructions for safety and comfort.
5. Delays and Waiting Time
- We monitor flight arrivals and traffic conditions to ensure timely service.
- For airport pickups, a complimentary grace period is provided. After that, a waiting fee may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside our control.
6. Luggage & Personal Items
- Please notify us in advance if you will be traveling with excess luggage.
- While we take care to protect your belongings, we are not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle.
7. Tours & Custom Services
- Private tours are customizable but subject to availability, time, and road conditions.
- Entry fees to parks, meals, and other third-party costs are not included unless stated in your booking confirmation.
8. Liability & Safety
- All passengers are required to wear seatbelts at all times.
- We are fully licensed and insured, but not liable for injuries, delays, or losses due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Participation in any activity outside of the vehicle (e.g., hiking, sightseeing) is at your own risk.
9. Service Area
We primarily serve Sedona and nearby regions. Additional fees may apply for extended travel areas.
10. Policy Updates
Go First Class Charter reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
